Clean Power Finance Wins Bronze Stevie® Award in 2015 Stevie Awards For Sales & Customer Service

SAN FRANCISCO, March 2, 2015 – Clean Power Finance (CPF) was presented with a bronze Stevie® Award in the Best Use of Technology in Customer Service category in the 2015 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 27 at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. More than 500 executives from the U.S.A. and several other nations attended.  .

The award recognized CPF’s effective use of customer support ticketing software that allowed the team to target and improve partner training and drive faster time to resolution. In-depth reporting streamlined interactions between the customer support team and other departments, which led to shorter help line hold times and a better overall customer experience.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, business development awards, contact center awards and customer service awards.
